Er Makina has the capabilities to manufacture high-quality splines and shafts. We provide involute splines, straight-sided splines and serrations for any kind of application. External splines can be manufactured by hobbing, broaching, shaping, milling and grinding. Internal splines can be also manufactured by all same methods except hobbing. Inspection is performed by our GMS (Gear Profile Measurement Machine) or special gages that are supplied conforming to all geometric parameters.​

Shafts are machined very precisely at Er Makina for critical aerospace and industrial applications. Both simple and complex shafts are supplied with tight tolerances, high accuracy and high surface quality by our experienced team and advanced equipment.​
